The process started with a video interview followed by a live telephone interview and concluded with a verbal offer. Took more than 7 weeks to conclude. The interview was conducted in a professional manner to out to rest any nervousness.

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.

Very friendly and focused on creating a dialogue, have to go through multiple interviews so only negative is that it can take quite a while to actually get to the end with an offer
