phone interview first, took about 30 minutes asking my status in Canada, what degree i got, describe a time when i met a difficult customer, my availability,my drivers licence. just basic questions. a little bit behavioral interview questions but very easy.Then next is face to face interview, branch manager and manager of customer service interviewed me together, took about 40 minutes asking situation questions, like if completed your goals but your colleague didn't, what will you do.

It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.

Very friendly and focused on creating a dialogue, have to go through multiple interviews so only negative is that it can take quite a while to actually get to the end with an offer
