The first round was just the basic screening about the CV. The next round is managerial round. But the overall process with the company was pathetic. Worst management I must say. The team from other cities had called and scheduled interviews. Despite them being "scheduled", everyone had to go through the walk in drive process. They one had clue who contacted whom. They have probably worst management and unprofessional attitude.
