Panel of 2, bad cop, good cop interview. Having been interviewed a few times and been on the other side it was a painful interview. 'Bad cop' interviewer seemed intent on challenging my resume, responses. To be fair I had heard not good things about where the organisation was at the time with redundancies and sacking staff so wasn't keen on staying in the process.
