4 rounds of interview process Aptitude, Techincal , Manager, HR I have cleared the 1st round and they made me to stay for 5hrs to call me up for second round and it was one of the worst experience. The interviewer who took the second round had already selected references of his own and was was waiting there just to reject me. The interviewer was showing high attitude, very stubborn, unclear in his questions, failed to follow the simple interview discipline which is introduction, he didn’t knew any of the answers to his technical questions and simply rejected me because i was more technical than him. Advice to Management: - Kindly fire the interviewer who plays politics - Be friendly with the applicants - Get to know about the applicants before you interview them - Do not drag the interview for too much time which mentally affects the applicants This is the worst interview experience i had in my whole career.
