The overall process took more than six months. Working with the HR team was frustrating since several HR members were assigned to me. It did not seem that the HR person had read or understood the contents of my resume prior to the phone screen. The site visits were better but just a little. Overall, I felt the experience could have been administered better.

They ask me about how I viewed the current management team. They pointed out that layoffs were possible I my performance review was not at least a 4 out of 5. They pointed out that it was essential to never question a management decision because the team effort was important. They also implied that team building involved a great deal of socialization.
