I applied direct to SG Gaming, online through their website. I was contacted quickly to set up a telephone screening for the following week. After the telephone screening was successful I was invited for a face to face interview a few days later. The process was smooth and efficient and everyone I met or spoke to was friendly. After the face to face interview I was not contacted at all despite calling the in-house recruiter several times to ask for feedback. After some 5 months I received a 2 line standard rejection by email. I think it's very disrespectful not to contact someone after they have made the effort to attend an interview in person, whether they've been successful or not (and especially when it's for an HR job!)
