Brief and friendly. The interview felt more like a formality. The interviewers were very friendly and were more interested in personality than technical skill or knowledge. Overall the interview lasted between 20-30 minutes.

The interview was with a panel of three people. It was very upbeat, not too stressful, and they didn't ask a bunch of needless interview questions. It lasted for approximately half an hour. It was very low key and down to earth, they didn't make me feel nervous. There were no tests or quizzes involved. I simply filled out an application that was just standard procedure. I had received this opportunity through an employment center in Sudbury. It was for a summer student position from June to early September and it was not age geared. I feel as though I got this job because I knew one of the senior staff scientists. I'm not saying I wasn't qualified but when you know someone with some stature that works there it does help at times.
