Entrevista
The online application was really eassy to complete. If successful, you are invited to an assessment day with 20-30 other candidates. The day starts with a quick presentation about the role and there is a chance to meet current explainers. Then there was a warm-up activity, kind of like bingo where you go around the room and find people who match what was on the sheet eg. find someone who can roll their tongue. You're then split into groups and perform a number of group activities where the interviewers watch you and take notes. See below for what these activities involved. If you're successful, you are then invited to a Microsoft Teams interview. This only lasted for 20 minutes. See below for what questions were asked.

How would you explain information to a 5 year old child? How would you then explain the same information to an adult. This was asked at the group assessment day.
You have 2 minutes to convince us to take up a hobby you do. This was asked at the group assessment day. This question was not disclosed before the interview.

Group interview then solo. faced with situational tasks as well as on the spot presentations. Think there was a group of around 10 of us. 4 interviewers on the panel.
