My first interview went really well. I was confident my skills and experience would move me forward in the process. Second round was supposed to be a phone call per instructions I received from HR. The interviewer informed me it was supposed to be over video? I’m not sure what I was to do with that information and seemed like a mistake on their part. Really poorly prepared director that interviewed me and decided it was ok to come completely unprepared. My resume was read in front of me and barely two questions were asked which set the tone for the whole interview going south. As a candidate I had to keep asking them if they had any other questions for me. The hour long interview ended on 30 mins. HR also does not answer to any questions you may have regarding the position. I was really excited for the job just seems like top to down mismanagement and disorganization.
