Had an initial interview with HR, then a video call with 2 hiring managers about a week or so later. I wasn’t contacted after the second interview and tried to follow up, but didn’t hear anything back. A few weeks later I got an automated email informing me that I didn’t get the job and then was called by a different HR person offering me a different position.
