Was contacted initially by Human Resources for a phone interview. The phone interview was about an hour. The HR rep then set up an interview with the hiring manager, which was also a phone interview. After the second phone interview, the manager set up a third interview in person interview. At the third interview, I met with the hiring manager again as well as the person that would be my direct supervisor. All the questions were standard interview questions, and regarding things on my resume.
