Recruitment hired me on the spot (every company needs drivers bad). Indoctrination was 4 days for experienced drivers (3 weeks for inexperienced (recent)). Unlike other companies that just talk about the company and show you a few movies, Schneider will take you out to the tractors and show you how they couple and uncouple trailers and other training (yes, even if you are a re-hire experienced driver). Schneider is all about safety and tons of policies. After you start driving they will test you again in six weeks and then on your anniversary date every year forever. It's just a dog and pony show for a few hours. Then you go back to driving you normally do :)
