Had a phone interview w/ HR and then met w/ District leadership one on one. The HR interview was a screen to see my candidacy eligibility and the one on one was to verify my communication skills. Both were fairly easy discussions. The one on one was over lunch and conversation was smooth and about the industry.
I had four separate interviews. One with HR and three with different regional managers. All stressed the importance of establishing relationships with prospective clients. The sales is split between new construction and maintenance contracts.

Unprofessional at best. Had to reschedule my phone interview three times before it could be conducted, they never did anything on time and constantly needed to be reminded to complete tasks
