Included statics physics test and making and reading advances plans within time limit, without prior notification. The interview included three engineers that presented a variety of theoretical questions. Was not difficult but a prior notification can help in preparation.
I was sat in a room with about seven people including my manager, my team members, and the manager of another department. Ran through my resume and answered some questions. Then I went through a tour of the facility.

I was first told to take an exam before the phone interview. After spending some time working on the exam and getting ready for the interview, I received a phone call form the HR director asking me about my experience, and after discussing exactly what I had on resume, he decided that I didn't have enough experience for the position.
It was very unprofessional and surprising to see that he wasn't aware of what I had on my resume until we spoke. He basically told me to take the exam regardless and decided to learn more about me during the phone interview. It was unprofessional and a waste of time.
