Found the job posting through my university's career's page. Emailed my CV and got a response from the Marketing director within a couple weeks. Was invited to a 2:1 interview with the the director and a marketing specialist. Very informal setting and wasn't asked the typical interview questions. It was more of a conversation about the role and my experiences. I was shortlisted to top 4, but was not offered the role.
