Very thorough and open conversation. The interviewer was very receptive to my questions and helped me assess if I want to work with them as well. After the interview I stated I am no longer interested in the position so it stopped from there.

It was simple and professional . It was a panel interview of about 5 people including the director. The questions were more situational . I was invited for a 2nd interview.
