1) Applied online, got a call from HR and she asked a handful of easy, basic questions. Got called in for live interview with HR Manager at local Scheels store. HR person was very friendly and asked basic interview questions

Interview process started over the phone with no heads up but questions were easy to answer and general. I was then contacted for an in person interview which were all questions centered around character & background. Was then called back for a second interview where questions were more based on experience, customer service, & problem solving. Come prepared to ask them good questions at the end.
