applied online, about week later got a phone call had an interview over the phone very basic and easy. Asked to come in for an interview that consisted of the same questions i had been asked on the ohone and a written test that had math and spelling, grammar and essays, Was walked out by a different person than the one who interviewed me and that was 7 days ago haven't heard back.

I applied online, and then they called me. Expect to answer questions when you return their call. I had an initial phone screening that was short and asked generic questions. At end of the call I scheduled an in-person interview at the store. The in-person interview was very thorough and detailed. The people I talked to were both very nice, and it was a good experience.
