Very professional interview. One of the more involved and challenging ones I've had. It was a great learning experience.
The interview ended well and I never received any info since. Safe to say that left a sour taste in my mouth

Typically 3 interviews - on the phone and two in person. Length of process is average - not too quick not too long. Meet with HR and someone from the area
Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.

The interview process for Scheels is extensive, even for part time work. Two interviews were required prior to an offer. This interview process was one I had not yet been part of.
