It was a detailed interview with a test that included mathematics and literacy along with a phone screening and in person interview. They first called to do a screening, then planned the in person interview where you are one on one with one of their managers and asked typical interview questions with a focus on integrity, problem solving, personality, people skills, and listening to instructions. Then you take a test that has basic math and literacy.

Typically 3 interviews - on the phone and two in person. Length of process is average - not too quick not too long. Meet with HR and someone from the area
Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.

How would I handle a customer that was unhappy with the service they received?
The interview process for Scheels is extensive, even for part time work. Two interviews were required prior to an offer. This interview process was one I had not yet been part of.
