- The company is fully remote so there are no in-person interviews.
- As part of the initial application process, I was asked to answer some basic questions around deadline management and prioritization.
- Email follow-up came within a week, and they explained that they are a small company and had received a lot of applicants, so they would get back to me as quickly as possible.
- It was explained to me that they treat hiring as an important function as finding the right fit influences the whole team, so there would possibly be more steps than in a typical process.
- I was asked to complete a free DISC assessment, again focused on work style and work behaviors.
- Then had a phone call with a manager (not the CEO to whom I'd be reporting). This call was ~30 mins and was more conversational than a stiff, traditional interview.
- Lastly, I had a conversation with the CEO to whom I'd be reporting (again, there were typical questions but it was more a discussion).
- I received a written offer within a week.

The hiring process was lengthy- around 2 months from start to finish. When it came to interviews, I had an initial interview with the Customer Success Manager (former executive asst.). A week or so later, I had an interview with the Professional Services manager. A few days after that I interviewed with the CEO. Each of the interviews felt very comfortable, more like a conversation to get to know each other. It was nice to get to meet different people during the process as they each had different perspectives and approaches.
