I was selected and interviewed as a Prime Property Manager and told I lacked experience although I was highly experienced as a Building Manager. Interestingly enough, I applied for a Building Manager position and wasn't even given the chance for an interview. It just shows how ambiguous and unattentive this organization is towards those who have the potential to be their top talent. If they treat top performers like this at the application stage, you can only imagine how they would treat you if you worked for them.
