Started great - the interviewer was friendly and nice, showed me the facility, took lots of time with me. I thought we had a good conversation. However, when it came time to let me know I didn’t get the position I was disappointed- I only got a generic email. I thought this was quite rude, if you get to the face to face interview stage I believe a phone call rejection is standard, so I replied to the email rejection asking for feedback. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a second email. I felt this was quite disrespectful, after myself and presumable all of the other unsuccessful applicants took time off to attend the interviews.

Entrevista
Very simple questions, nothing about the organization itself. The interview consisted of about 8 scenario questions. Interviewer then asked me about my availability and that was about everything the interview consisted of. Anyone with half a brain could improvise on the spot if needed.
