Applied for and interviewed for a retail supervisor position. Was called for first interview then has 2nd interview right on the spot. Signed and dated the retail supervisor job description. Was told they would contact my references and get back to me A.S.A.P. Heard back a week later from the manager i had my first interview from who offered me a full-time minimum wage position. I was totally insulted and dissapointed by this offer. Experience left me feeling like they want someone with superviory skill and qualifications to fill their regular labour positions. I declined the offer. Might have been a different outcome if I was offered what i initially applied for!
