I had two separate interviews. One was with Rick.The other one was with ( someone I considered to be controlling) and the Back Manager named Lindsay. Rick was more laid back but very professional. He asked me questions about my back ground, experience, what did I know about Value Village. If I missed anything, he filled me in. He showed me around the store. Rick was very nice. Asked me to sign a form-stating that I was not allergic to dust and that I could lift 20 pounds.
