I was interviewed by the Store Manager in his office. He asked me why I wanted to work at savers, asked briefly about my availability and lastly asked me if I had any questions for him. I was then asked to come back another day to speak with their store's RSM and she only asked about my availability and then hired me shortly after. They were desperate to hire help from what I gathered at the time so it barely felt like a serious interview.
Easy, informal, comfortable. The interviewers were genuinely welcoming and created a comfortable, conversational environment. Instead of feeling grilled, I felt encouraged to share my authentic experiences. They took the time to answer all my questions about the team culture and day-to-day responsibilities.

Very kind supervisor
Gave me time to answer the questions she asked, and also if I had a question she’d answer with in-depth detail. Introduced me to some employees, and everyone was very kind and welcoming ! It was a wonderful experience for an interview, as I hadn’t had one in awhlle

Met with retail manager and store manager. After a great interview, was told I was overqualified and that the district manager would contact me for another position. They never called back.
