I submitted a resume and cover letter and received an email within about a week that stated the organization was interested in learning more about my experience. They gave me several questions to answer and requested I complete these questions within 48 hours. I had visitors in town, but was able to stay up late both nights for several hours working on my responses. I submitted my assignment on time and received a confirmation email almost a week later to say the responses were received and under review. I never heard back.
