All communication was done through email. An initial mail explained the whole recruitment process. An HR rep sent me the coderbyte link for the assessment, which I was asked to complete within 5 days. While I didn't answer all the multiple choice questions, I completed successfully the coding tasks, so I was surprised to be rejected. They didn't comment on the results, however, based on their professional yet friendly attitude, I think they would give their feedback if asked. The whole process - from application submission to rejection email - lasted 2 weeks.

Invitation through an email to coderbyte. Just before talking to a real person I received an email to finish a test in the coderbyte platform, they gave me 3 days to finish it. The test takes 120 minutes without being able to pause it. Since I was notified just before the weekend I couldn’t start the task. Upon further communication I got ignored. If they show this kind of respect to a candidate at this early stage, I don’t want to know how respectful are to their employees.

Interviewed for AI Engineer position. Too many steps even though I was informed from recruiters that long interview processes does not appeal to them. Made it up to step5, and I ghosted after i submitted the take home assignment, which was quite annoying and not well structured. That means that I had at least 2 more steps. Nah..
Team lead was very friendly and professional and my interest was quite high in first steps of interview but decreased by progressing.
