The interview process was thorough with multiple rounds (HR / team / stakeholders / line manager). It seemed a bit long at first although this company moves really fast and all interviews were in virtual format. I actually found the whole process really enjoyable and highly engaging throughout. The interview stages felt informal and more of a two-way conversation, whilst covering an appropriate mix of standard interview questions, competency based questions and in my case a small case study/presentation.
