I was cold called for a phone interview with no warning. While the questions were minimal, I find it poor etiquette to pick such a crucial part of the interview process unprompted. I would encourage any prospective employees to be readily prepared at any moment to receive a call should you be considered for employment, a recommendation I find to be unacceptable in today's work environment.
