The first interview was with a disinterested HR person who seemed to know nothing about the role.
The second interview was a timed, on-screen quiz using something called CoreSuiteLP, which required my webcam to be on.
The questions were complete rubbish; a few basic C/C++ questions from 30 years ago, followed by questions about SQL, even though I said I was not a SQL developer, and then gotcha-style IQ logic puzzles involving shapes, chickens and weights!
I aborted the test because it was waste of my time and because any company that treats candidates like this is not one I want to work for.
