Quick and well managed. The interviewers were gentle and simpathetic. All the process was quick and i received the feedback in two weeks.
They explore the soft skills and why to choose santander.
I applied and then had a screening call. Then I got set up for an online interview. After that, I got the job offer. Super easy. Very standard and typical for a job.
First round: HR interview screening.
Second round: Hiring manager interview.
Third round: Case study and technical assessment.
Overall, the interview process was quite positive, although no Offer was received finally.
