It was all videos and online tests. I didn't speak to anyone until I was offered the job. It took around four weeks in total until they got back to me.

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
