First they sent a HV. Then a screening call. Then two interviews with VPs and Associates. Screening call was behavioral with typical why Santander? Why IB? The two other interviews were more about fit - quite a few situational judgement questions: "tell me about a time..." and some basic technical Qs about financial statements and valuation methods.

If you could only choose one financial statement which would it be and why?
beaucoup d'entretien et ensuite plus de nouvelle mais si classement sans suite du processus. Étonnant de devoir relancer la RH. Changement de RH au milieu du processus. Après plusieurs rappels on m'a enfin donné des nouvelles. Processus donc très painfull

Short but organized processes. The people were very nice and helpful. Process had 3 rounds over zoom. There were behaviorals and technical questions, but it wasn’t too difficult. So it was very doable.
