Must really have true experience in order to do well and understand how the problems that the company is facing can be solved with the experience that you have as a potential candidate. The hiring managers will be able to detect if you dont have real world experience.

Phone screen with HR, F2F with 2 Program Managers and the VP of the IT organization. Focus was on experience with writing User Stories, Agile, managing cross-team dependancies and difficult business owners expectations.
