I was contacted by external agency Pari-Passu which didn't provide me either with job specs or daily rate for the position I was applying for. I got invited over for the interview with the potential line manager for this role. He asked a number of competency-based questions in regards to my previous experience as he wanted a proof that I'm hitting all the boxes for this job. I was applying for a contractor's role though, so it only took 1 interview to make through, after which I've received an offer and accepted it. It took around 3 weeks for screening (instead of 1 week), due to "technical problems with on-boarding", though I think they had problems with their HR processes in general + lack of resources + holiday period.
