Attended assessment center Very disappointed with the overall process.I am not sure how they choose, there was a mix of candidates internal's and external's. The first round was a group exercise followed by a presentation, and competency based interview, I had managed to fulfill overall interview requirements, but when they couldn't pinpoint on what basis there are rejecting me they simply put the reason other candidates had more experience then you are. Why have Graduate Programme if your only going to hire experienced internal staff, I was very angry and disappointed with a decision since Santander knows for its fairness of providing people with opportunity and treating everyone the same
