Firstly you fill in a simple online application form then after a week or so i got an email asking if i was able to attend an interview. It was a two part interview (case study & competency based questions) that lasted two hours. After a few days i got a call from Santander offering me the position i applied for.
Cas pratique sur une entreprise spécialisée, c'est une analyse financière assez typique et il y a des questions avec des calculs, le temps est limité, il faut respecter le délai donné

Pretty much smooth.. interviewers were friendly but the assessment was a bit misconstrued because I had to stare at another laptop on the screen to do the arithmetic questions. Just stay prepared

The first round is phone interview with the HR, and then followed by video interview with two team leaders. Not sure about the following steps since I only had two rounds.
