Numerical and data accuracy test: Pretty simple tbh
Telephone Interview:
Asked me the following questions:
when have u identified and managed a risk?
When have you gone above and beyond for a customer, and why did you do this?
Why santander, and why this role?
When have you met targets within a role?/Have you met targets.
What experience do you think fits the role you’ve applied for?
Assessment day: Broke down into 3 stages
Roleplay: 2 people sat, one took notes, other pretended to be an irritated customer. Had to sort out their query and interest them in two other products too. Lasted around 15 mins
Maths and data accuracy: Given 15 mins. Really easy stuff, especially data accuracy. In the beginning there are 5 practice questions youll do together so dont worry. Also they give you a calculator.
Interview: Ice breaker followed by three competency questions. These were:
Ice breaker:Tell us about your experience.
3 questions. 1) Tell us a time you stretched yourself to reach a personal goal.
2) Tell us a time you used your skills to accommodate the customers requirements.
3) Tell us a time you had to make a difficult decision/Manage a risk.
Assessor said interview would be 40-45 mins, mine took 20. She mentioned if you answer questions succinctly and we have all the info we need then we'll cut it short.
