In Poland it's 3 stages, CV Review, Chat with Recruiter, Chat with the Hiring Manager. I would say it's not really stressful, and they mostly ask generic questions. It's worth to read the job description and read a bit about Santander
Was general on company functions, lots more of personality and fit on various normal first round context(s) . some questions regarding other functions of the bank and how they related to the position.
