It was only personal interview and nothing else. They preferred local candidates though. Firstly introduction questions were asked and then technical questions were asked. They also went in depth with some of the technical questions.

Took one year from 1st assessment test to offer. It was full of uncertainty. After the written test, I was invited for the first oral interview, then few months later, another interview then a long break till 1 year later when I was invited for the final interview with the actual hiring manager and was given an offer within 3 days.

The question that they asked were a combination of behavioral questions to assess organizational fit, competency based questions, and in-depth sales background.
