Very professional, took 3 interviews before I got the job, it was a long process. Also, did a personality test of some sort. My first initial call was calling the company myself to see if my resume was received . Had an interview with 2 District managers, than a second interview with the district manager and his manager. The third interview was accepting the job. I also did a personality test on line.
