I found a job fair posting online and showed up to the firehouse one of the scheduled two days. I applied, took a physical aptitude test and unlike other fire departments, this one did not have a written test. Following this is a panel interview and if you receive a conditional offer of employment at this time then you must pass (in no particular order) 1.Polygraph. 2. medical examination (including drug screen). 3. psychological evaluation. If you complete these and pass, you will have a final interview with the chief.
