I sent the application and had to conduct a personality and logic test. About two weeks later, I had an invitation to an interview online with two HR profesionals. Before the interview, they sent me thorough guideline about Sandvik's recruitment process and what to expect. The interviewers were very friendly and asked very general questions about me and my previous experiences. They told me to get back with me whether I was chosen to the next round but I didn't get a call back.
