Very much fair, they are welcoming and the questions are related to the position. Know about safety and everything around the company. Be ready and well prepared. They usually give feedback after 2 weeks
At first their is the application round, After selection I was interviewed by the consultant. After which the manager interviews. I did not progress future than this. So no idea on after the interview with the manager.

two rounds. One with head of department, one with direct manager and one with the overall HEAD but that wasnt an interview but just an interaction to explore each other
