Very fun Had to just introduce myself and a bit about my background. Then everyone had to pick and outfit out and explain their choices. I have a good feeling as I was called back but they’re looking for friendly people.

Quick and friendly interview process. They ask for general experience, why you want to work with the company and prior/current knowledge of the brands under IFB. They also lay expectations about shifts, dress code and so forth. General questions about personality and trying to get to know you happens in the process too.
