It required a panel presentation, followed by 6 individual sessions that were spread over 2-3 days, all via zoom. Detailed questions and wide range of specialties covered by the interviewers. Scheduling was a bit challenging because of the spread out arrangements of the time slots. There was also a prescreen phone interview with HR prior to going through the interview process.

Applied in July. Was contacted in October for an interview. The person interviewing me was not actually employed by Sana but a university lab that collaborates with the company. They were not even fully aware of what the exact position was or the job responsibilities. Ended up being ghosted. Completely unprofessional experience

This was my worst experience ever with HR, among many companies I interviewed for. The HR was not professional and no working ethic showed. It really changed my view of the whole company.
