Mandatory for PhD students, no interview process. There was no interview process, this is a teaching position for graduate students. Generally, I found the teaching options to be diverse and fulfilling, as I taught classes related to my research (Genetics & Evolution) as well as to my interests (Herpetology, Organismal Biology).
