I recently had an interview with a company for a marketing position. The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a phone interview with a recruiter where she asked me some basic questions about my work experience and skills. The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team. They asked me more specific questions about my marketing experience and gave me some situational questions to answer.
